What are your business hours?
Our standard business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Atlantic Time. Some locations may have extended hours or weekend availability. Please contact your nearest location for specific hours.

Can you help with conveyor belt installation?
Absolutely. Our team provides conveyor belt installation, splicing, and repair services. We work with all types of conveyor belting including:
- Rubber and PVC belting
- Food-grade belting
- Heat-resistant belting
- Chevron and cleated belts
We also offer preventive maintenance programs to extend belt life.

Do you ship across Canada?
Yes, we ship products across Canada. For customers in Eastern Canada, we can often provide next-day delivery from one of our four locations. For other regions, shipping times vary based on destination. Contact us for shipping quotes and estimated delivery times.
Do you offer credit accounts for businesses?
Yes, we offer credit accounts for qualified businesses. A credit application can be completed at any of our locations or by contacting our sales team. Once approved, you'll have access to monthly invoicing and net payment terms.

How do I choose the right hose for my application?
Selecting the correct hose depends on several factors including pressure rating, temperature range, media compatibility, and environmental conditions. Our technical team can help you select the right hose by considering:

How do I identify my fitting thread type?
Thread identification can be tricky! We offer free thread identification at any of our locations. Bring in your fitting and we'll identify it for you. You can also use our online Thread Identification Guide which covers NPT, JIC, ORFS, BSP, and metric threads. When in doubt, our counter staff are experts at thread identification.
What causes hose failures?
Common causes of hose failure include:
- Incorrect selection - Using a hose not rated for the pressure, temperature, or chemical exposure
- Improper installation - Excessive twisting, tight bends, or incorrect fitting assembly
- External damage - Abrasion, crushing, or UV exposure
